We connect suppliers and buyers by enabling product discovery, seamless commerce, secure payments, and credit solutions through a streamlined digital experience.
User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use BrooMax. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Use of the Platform

Product Listings and Transactions

Suppliers are solely responsible for the accuracy, pricing, and legality of their product listings. BrooMax does not guarantee or verify listing details.
Transactions
All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and suppliers. BrooMax acts only as a facilitator and is not a party to the transaction contract.
Payments and Credits
Payments and credit services are processed securely through the platform. You agree to pay all applicable dues on time. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Intellectual Property
All platform content—including text, graphics, logos, and software—is owned by BrooMax or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
BrooMax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific transaction related to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BrooMax, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the platform
Violation of these terms
Infringement of third-party rights
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to BrooMax at any time, with or without notice, if these terms are violated or for operational reasons.
