Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

At BrooMax, a product of FluxOsmic Tech Private Limited, we strive to deliver a seamless and professional commerce and credit experience. As a B2B platform, all transactions are governed by the following refund and cancellation guidelines.

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of placement.

After this period, cancellations will only be accepted under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Suspected fraud or policy violations

  • Other situations deemed valid under BrooMax terms 

Product Accuracy and Order Cancellation


While we make every effort to ensure product accuracy, BrooMax reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Technical or system errors

  • Pricing discrepancies

  • Third-party data inaccuracies

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method or as BrooMax credit, as applicable.


Returns and Refunds


Products purchased through BrooMax are non-returnable and non-exchangeable by default.

Returns will be accepted only if the product is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Expired

  • Incorrectly delivered

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days and credited to the original payment method. Refunds cannot be redirected to alternative payment methods or third-party accounts.


BrooMax Credit


Where applicable, refunds may be issued as BrooMax Credits, which:

  • Can be used for future purchases on the platform

  • Must be utilized within 60 days

  • Are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash
